Our Pillar Schools and day programs for adults are currently closed for participants. We are deeply grateful to our staff working in our group homes and our In-Home Supports program for continuing to serve our participants during this challenging time.

School & Agency News

On Friday, November 13th Electric Violinist, Educator and Composer Caryn Lin brought her unique and interactive  program  “The Science of Sound”  (Bach to Rock) to Horizon High School.  In this multimedia presentation, Karen used her 5 string electric violin and technology to help students understand scientific concepts in the creation of music.

Students were able to participate in creating and changing sounds, looping (on the spot recording), and sound wave demonstrations.

Thank you, Karen for an educational, informative,  and most of all really fun show!

2015 givingtuesday cpnj

In celebration of #GivingTuesday, tomorrow we ask those who believe that the giving season should be about something more than holiday sales and wish lists to make a donation to CPNJ and enhance the life of someone with disabilities. Donations can be made online at www.cpnj.org/givingtuesday and will be recognized on our Facebook page. Special thanks to those who kickstarted the giving! Sandy Fagan, Anthony Buccino, Barbara Staine, Bette Hanauer and Kenny Li. #UNselfie
