Fifteen stunning pieces of artwork from Horizon Elementary School’s volunteer-led “Different Strokes“ art program were featured in a special exhibition at the Morris Museum this weekend. Horizon students got the opportunity to visit the museum to admire their jaw-dropping gallery exhibit. We are so proud of our students and the CPNJ volunteers who have made our “Different Strokes” art program possible.
Monica Almeida, one-on-one aide at CPNJ’s Horizon High School, was recently selected as a recipient of the agency’s Positive Impact Award for her pursuit of caregiving and advocacy beyond her call of duty. Congratulations and thank you Monica (seen here with award nominator and Horizon High School teacher David Orioki).
