The Horizon High School Computer Center is a state of the art facility, complete with 12 ADA accessible computers with touch screen monitors on swing arms to make them the perfect height and distance for all individuals. To further help with the various computer needs of our students, Horizon High utilizes numerous adapted technologies. Here we see Horizon High School student Conrad using his adapted “joy stick” mouse to help him navigate his computer with ease.
CPNJ’s Horizon Schools utilize educational technology at every available opportunity. Students throughout the schools use iPads (here Aiden is pictured using one to communicate with his aide, JT). The devices are lightweight, easily accessible and our students love them!
